INITIAL CONSULTATION

This initial appointment runs for 50-60 minutes giving us an opportunity to sit down and discuss your past and present physical, emotional, mental & spiritual wellbeing, along with your goals for the future. A discovery process for your being as it encounters Network Spinal & Integral Energetics for the first time.

RETURN CONSULTATIONS

These follow up appointments run for 25-40 minutes, depending on the appointment type you choose. An opportunity to continue unpacking the bound experiences in your being, along with the continuing development of safety and connection. Giving space for the body to breathe again.
